Acting on behalf of the landowner, we managed this process successfully through an initial feasibility study and pre-application, followed by a full planning application submitted to Central Bedfordshire District Council and dealt with under Delegated Powers.

To the rear of a Listed building and in the conservation area, it was in the local green belt (although within the village envelope) and near enough to the modern farm operations that there were some concerns with noise.

However, we were optimistic and pleased to have managed the whole process to a successful conclusion for our client.

We have recently completed a working drawings package for the client and undertaken a tender.

Construction commences shortly.
