Our firm has been active in the Eastern Caribbean for over 25 years, commencing operations with the Barbados Physical Development Plan in 1997 and then completing property valuations, agricultural and land projects in St Vincent & the Grenadines and St Lucia. We opened an office in St Lucia in 2005, managed by Asnia Ste Marie.
We believe St Lucia has great potential for those wanting to retire, relocate or invest in a second home in a beautiful and relaxed part of the world which is English speaking and drives on the left. Our aim is to attract home buyers/investors who will, in turn, help boost the local economy.
