Optimistic signs are emerging in the market; the HSBC today cut its mortgage rates.
Even though there are fewer new prospective buyers coming to the market, Rightmove states the numbers are only 4% lower than last year at the peak of the market.
Rightmove also states that there is an upturn in activity levels and we are definitely seeing that across the firm.
