I very much look forward to welcoming them to the Partnership and them helping us to continue our progression of growth so we can be a best in class service provider to our clients...and also an employer of choice."
Charles Whitaker, Managing Partner.

Our Managing Partner Charles Whitaker has announced four colleagues will join the Partnership with effect from this month.

We are excited to share that from April 2025, we have welcomed four new Partners to our expanding Partnership. Their vast knowledge and expertise across our divisions will significantly contribute to our ongoing growth and development.

These appointments come at what is the start of an exciting new phase for the Firm across our UK offices - particularly in the Oxfordshire region.

Joining the Partnership are;

Robert Flint, Commercial Surveyor in our Norwich office, who qualified with RICS in 2012 and joined us in 2017.

Chris Sheldon, Agri-Business Consultant, who has worked with Brown&Co since 2014 in the Spalding and Grantham offices and who is now based in our Lincoln team.

Bradley Hurn, Agri-Business Consultant in the King’s Lynn office, who first joined our firm in 2012 as a graduate.

Simon Alden, who has joined our firm as a Land Agent in our new Oxfordshire office as part of the Adkin merger.
