Simon is a Divisional Partner within the commercial team in the St Neots office and is a Chartered Commercial Surveyor, specialising in residential land and development. His work involves the sale of development land, development consultancy, development appraisals, negotiation of option and promotion agreements, conditional contracts and overage arrangement. Simon is also a Registered Valuer and undertakes Red Book valuation work.

Simon graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management in 2004 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008. He started his career in local government before moving on to work for a sizeable regional retailer, managing part of a large investment property portfolio and mixed trading estate. Simon went on to work as Principal Estates Surveyor in a multi-disciplinary property consultancy before joining Brown&Co in 2019 to specialise exclusively in residential development work.
