Office Headquarters, Cambridgeshire

This project involved works to an existing agricultural storage building, adding value to the site through the use of Prior Notification and Permitted Development Rights. Brown&Co had previously obtained Class R consent for the conversion of this to office use and the next stage of the project was a detailed application for the recladding, extension and internal fit-out of the building. The end effect of the conversion will be a modern, clean, and professional looking office building.
