Working cross-divisionally with our Rural and Commercial colleagues, we can ensure every aspect of your property is valued as it should be and nothing is overlooked. Our valuers are RICS accredited and all valuations follow RICS procedures for appraisal and valuation standards. We are able to provide:

• Divorce valuations, including expert witness valuation advice

We also work with other professionals including bank managers, solicitors and accountants and by going through the valuation process we can often identify other areas where value can be added or opportunities explored to maximise your assets.
