William has worked for Brown&Co since August 2022, having previously worked on his family's arable farm. Prior to this, Will graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2020 with a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Since joining, Will has been working on the scale-up phase of the DEFRA Future Farming Resilience Fund project.
