Victoria Walters - Agricultural Business Consultant, Graduate, BSc (Hons)

Victoria joined Brown&Co in June 2024 following a 1-year contract at the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB), working as a data analyst for the Cereals & Oilseeds Recommended List.

Victoria was brought up on a mixed family farm in Warwickshire where she developed a solid understanding for the day-to-day operations of both arable and sheep farming. She further improved her knowledge by attending the Royal Agricultural University, where she graduated in 2022 with a first-class honours’ degree in International Agri-Food Business Management.

Victoria is undertaking in-house training within the Agri-Business Consultancy department and is assisting clients through their Sustainable Farming Incentive applications, contract farming agreements, and annual cashflows and budgets. Victoria hopes to sit her CAAV examinations in the future.
