Tom joined Brown&Co in April 2022 after being on an operations management graduate scheme at ABP Food Group. Tom graduated from The University of Reading in 2020 with a BSc in Agricultural Business Management. Having worked on a large-scale dairy farm from a young age, completing arable operations and assisting with the management of a grain processing site for his placement year, Tom has developed a varied foundation of both practical and theoretical experience.

Tom advises clients on a range of topics, which include Basic Payment Scheme Applications, Environmental Schemes (SFI and CSS), Budgeting and Business Appraisals.
