Tim joined Brown&Co in 2001 after completing a MSc in Land Management and becoming chartered in 2003. He has worked from a number of offices over the years and now being centered in the Banbury office. Tim joined the partnership in 2019.

Tim’s areas of expertise include Sales & Lettings of all types of Commercial Property, Valuations for Secured Lending Institutions, Pension Funds and Private Client, Residential & Commercial Development Land Opportunities including Long Term Strategic and Sites with Planning Consent; Land & Site Assembly; Property Management & Occupier Consultancy. Given the firms rural connections Tim is involved with strategic advice to rural businesses and landowners regarding development and diversification opportunities; whilst also developing a range of niche clients in the food and fresh produce sectors.

Tim’s work takes him over central England and Wales with a focus on the M40 and A43 corridors. Clients include multi-national businesses to private client work meaning there is a variety of work on a daily basis, both in the office and ‘out & about’. Tim is also a member of the local Chamber of Commerce.
