Tim joined Brown&Co following the merger with Fox Bennett in 2021.  He has over 30 years’ experience as a Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer, practicing throughout the East Midlands area, and has expertise in Farm and Rural Agency, Planning and Development advice, Valuations, Estate Management, Compulsory Purchase and Compensation, Basic Payment and Countryside Stewardship agreements, and all general matters concerning rural property and business.

Tim is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.  He is a former President of the Midland Counties Agricultural Valuers Association.
