Stephen Allen - Head of Finance

Stephen has worked for Brown&Co (and Francis Hornor) since October 1995. In April 2005 he was appointed a Partner of Brown&Co. In March 2012 he retired from the Partnership and became Finance Consultant. Throughout the time he has been with Brown&Co he has been responsible for
all financial matters, both as Finance Partner and Partnership Secretary, in a firm that has grown
from a turnover of approximately £4m to over £18m.

Stephen was born and raised in Norfolk in a farming family and trained as a Chartered Accountant in
Norwich.
