Simon joined the Bury St Edmunds office of Brown&Co in 2000, having previously been based for 11 years in Cambridge. During his career, he has been involved in a wide range of professional and estate management work for institutional, corporate and private clients. Simon specialises in compulsory purchase and compensation work and in development land transactions, advising on option and promotion agreements.

Simon is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a Registered RICS Valuer. Simon is the firms’ lead in respect of work undertaken on behalf of Network Rail Infrastructure Limited across the East, the South-East and the Midlands.
