Richard joined Brown&Co in 2021 when Brown&Co merged with Fox Bennett. His role covers all types of agricultural and county property valuations, which includes carrying out the auction of all types of rural property. Aswell as this, Richard also has experience in the negotiations of Option and Promotion Agreements.

Qualifications Richard holds include the following, University College Aberystwyth, Wales, Bsc Honours in Agricultural and Food Marketing, Leicester University with a Msc in Natural Resources Management, Royal Agricultural College, A diploma in Rural Estate Management.

Richard is involved in bringing forward a number of sustainable urban extensions and two garden villages in the Midlands.
