Phil Cottingham is an Associate Partner at the Brown&Co St Neots office, having joined the firm 4 years ago. Phil has extensive experience of mixed use retail & leisure led developments & deals with an extensive portfolio of commercial properties from kiosks in Craft Centres to re-purposing redundant Grainstores on operational farms.

Prior to joining Brown&Co, Phil was a former Portfolio Director at a large commercial property development and investment company. Phil was responsible for the growth & investment performance of the Outlet portfolio consisting at that time of Gunwharf Quays  Portsmouth; The Galleria Hatfield & Livingston Designer Outlet. Ahead of this, Phil worked on all aspects of retail property across the UK with notable projects including The BullRing Shopping Centre Birmingham & the re-development of Princesshay Exeter. Phil also worked as Head of Retail for a property investment and development business on their re-generation projects at both Greenwich Peninsula & Wembley.

Phil has a BSc (Hons) degree in Urban Estate Surveying and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
