Olivia joined Brown&Co in March 2016, graduating from Reading University in 2014 with an Honours degree in Agricultural Business Management.  Prior to joining the Firm, she worked on dairy farms across the Southern and Eastern regions, where she has gained extensive dairy production knowledge.

Olivia is involved in a wide range of Farm Management Consultancy, including budget work, cashflow management, BPS applications, grant schemes, management of Contract Farming Agreements and farm business reviews.
