Nigel has worked at Brown&Co 25 years. He advises clients on Asset Management and Property Management. Nigel deals with service charges, rent reviews and lease renewal advice for Commercial property. He also acts for freeholders and resident management companies with regards to the management and service charge for Residential property.

He started his career with DE&J Levy in London’s West End within the professional services department before moving to Norwich. Nigel has a BSc (Hons) degree in Urban Land Administration and is a RICS Registered Valuer.
