Nathan is a Divisional Partner at Brown&Co and has more than 10 years’ experience working with private and public sector clients. He has worked on a wide portfolio of commercial, leisure/marina and residential schemes, ranging from maintenance projects to full property management, encompassing service charge administration.

Nathan is experienced in management and professional L&T services of both commercial and residential property, planned maintenance programmes, schedules of condition, valuation and property agency. Whilst Nathan’s focus has been on properties in the East Midlands, his expertise has led him across the country, overseeing the management of multi-tenanted commercial offices in prime city centre locations, in addition to handling residential and commercial service charges across various property types.
