Matt joined Brown&Co in October 2022 with a wealth of technical and practical experience gained through working on farms in the UK and abroad.

Prior to joining Brown&Co he studied Agriculture and Farm Business Management at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester and has been brought up on a family farm in Lincolnshire. Matt has a strong agronomical background having previously managed both cereals and potato trials as well as gaining his BASIS – Soil and Water Management qualification.

Based in the Lincoln office, Matt assists with all aspects of Agricultural Business Consultancy, including but not limited to Whole Farm Budgets, Cashflow Forecasts, Contract Farming Agreements, BPS and Labour & Machinery Joint Ventures. He also advises clients on delivery of Environmental Schemes (ELMS, SFI, CSS) as well as Technology and Grant Funding Applications.
