Originally from Exmoor, Lulu trained with a reputable, international firm before moving to Brown&Co in 2016. Undertaking a range of professional rural surveying work, predominantly in Norfolk, she focusses on Landlord & Tenant advice, valuation, Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC) applications, and strategic farm/estate planning and management.

She is a Royal Agricultural College alumna (BSc (Hons) and MSc), member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), an RICS Registered Valuer, a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV) and Honorary Secretary for the East Anglia Division of the Royal Forestry Society.

Lulu also co-runs a mixed farming business in West Norfolk with her husband, comprising of sheep and arable enterprises.
