Lucy joined Brown&Co in September 2019 and is based in the St Neots office. Since joining, Lucy has become a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer in May 2021, aswell as this, she became a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in November 2021.

Lucy is involved with agency, valuations, compulsory purchase and compensation, property management, landlord and tenant matters as well as other professional work throughout Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. Lucy graduated from Harper Adams University (September 2019) with a BSc degree achieving a First Class Honors studying Rural Enterprise and Land Management.

Prior to starting with Brown&Co Lucy worked on a private family owned estate across Northamptonshire and Warwickshire dealing with Property Management and Landlord and Tenant matters. Lucy was brought up on a family farm in North Bedfordshire so has worked on her family farm on corn cart over several summers.
