Lucie joined Brown&Co in November 2021. She has a vast experience in all aspects of employee relations management along with talent sourcing, reward management, employee engagement and succession planning.

Lucie’s working background is from a food manufacturing environment where she spent 17 years prior to joining Brown&Co.  She spent 8 years within a customer service role before being able to fulfil her passion for HR.

Lucie studied her Business Management degree at the University of Surrey and has since studied for both her level 3 and level 5 CIPD qualifications.  She is also a trained mental health first aider.
