Lotty joined Brown&Co in April 2024 as a member of the Norwich Agri-Environmental team, after graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a first-class honours’ degree in Geography. Her studies, which focused on British agriculture and related environmental issues, have provided her with a strong foundation in environmental policy, land management, and the integration of sustainable practices within agricultural systems.

Lotty is involved in various projects relating to the creation and management of environmental schemes including the Sustainable Farming Incentive, Countryside Stewardship, Capital Grant agreements, and Woodland Management Plans.
