Lorcan joined Brown&Co in September 2024 and is based in the Norwich office.

Lorcan has 3 years of experience in the commercial property industry and recently completed a Masters (MSc) degree apprenticeship whereby he achieved a distinction in Real Estate at the University College of Estate Management.

Lorcan assists with a range of work within the commercial department including property management, rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations and agency work. He is also looking to complete his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a chartered surveyor and RICS registered valuer shortly.
