Lisa began working at Brown&Co in 2005 and has seen the firm grow from strength to strength. She has an in depth understanding of how Brown&Co operates and its business and commercial objectives. She holds a BA (Hons) degree and is a Chartered HR professional (MCIPD). Lisa, based in the Norwich head office, is responsible for the HR team, who cover all aspects required of a generalist HR department. Working very closely with staff and Partners in each division across all offices Lisa displays excellent interpersonal, communication skills as well as diplomacy and tact. Together, the HR team also manage much of the staff training & development, coordinate the firm’s Health & Safety requirements and lead the promotion of a positive wellbeing culture for employees to thrive in.
