Lisa has worked for Brown&Co for over 28 years in a secretarial/administrative role in the Land Agency Department. 

From the age of 18 Lisa worked with another Estate Agent for 5 years which was part of Royal Life Estates - Brown&Co was formed from the Agricultural Department of Royal Life Estates over 30 years ago. Lisa then moved to another Estate Agent and from there Lisa joined Brown&Co in 1995 in the Land Agency Department – firstly in Grantham and latterly in Lincoln. 

Lisa’s primary role over the years has been secretarial support to Martin Herbert (Consultant) and other professionals within the Land Agency Department. Lisa also deals with a large amount of administrative work for the HS2 projects and has done so for quite some time.
