From an arable and poultry farming family in Lincolnshire; Kirsten joined Brown&Co in 2017 having graduated from Harper Adams University with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management in 2016.

She is involved in a wide range of rural professional work including: sales and lettings of farms and land, landlord and tenant matters, valuations and compulsory purchase & compensation. Currently Kirsten is involved with the new Anglian Water Services water pipe which runs from Elsham near Brigg down to Ipswich. Specifically Kirsten is involved on the stretch from Elsham to Bexwell. In addition to the Anglian Water job, Kirsten also undertakes a number of RICS Red Book valuations for both private individuals and a variety of local Banks.

Following the completion of her professional exams in 2018, Kirsten became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Kirsten is now working towards becoming registered with the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC) to be able to undertake more specialised valuation work.
