Josh started his career at Brown&Co in April 2024. He studied at Norwich School in Norfolk before taking a year out to work at Gresham's Prep School. Property runs in the family, with Josh’s father and grandfather developing properties – and this sparked his interest in houses from a young age.

Josh has four years of experience in the industry and is currently studying Building Surveying at the University College of Estate Management.
