James joined the Agricultural Business Consultancy division at Brown&Co in 2019 after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University with a BSc Honours Degree in Agricultural Management. He has a comprehensive understanding of profitable farming with on-farm experience across arable, beef, sheep, and poultry enterprises.

James advises clients on a range of topics, which include Business Appraisals and Budgeting, Contract Farming Agreements, Grants, Countryside Stewardship and Sustainable Farming Incentive applications.

James has been a council member for the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants (BIAC) sine 2021, where he assists with the strategic management of the institute as well as event management.
