James qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996, having graduated from the College of Estate Management at Reading University. He is an Equity Partner and joined Brown&Co in 2008 having previously held senior positions in several National Firms of Chartered Surveyors working across the UK.

He specialises in Agency work across all sectors of the Commercial Property Market and leads this Team within our Lincoln Office. He also handles much of the Lincoln Office's Investment Agency workload on behalf of a number of high net-worth individuals and also carries out Valuations, Landlord & Tenant work as well as Commercial Property Management.
