India Norwood - Land Agent, Placement Student

India joined the Land Agency team at Brown&Co Leicester in 2024 through a placement from Harper Adams University, where she is pursuing a BSc (Hons) degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management.

With a strong foundation in both agriculture and property management, India has developed a comprehensive understanding of these sectors from a young age.

Having grown up on an arable estate in Lincolnshire she has been engaged in the inner workings of the farm, participating in meetings and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Additionally, India has gained valuable experience, practical skills and a unique perspective on the complexities of the family property business.

India has aspirations to become a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is working towards becoming a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers following the completion of her university degree.
