Guy is based in the Brown&Co St Neots office, specialising in all aspects of residential development, land disposal including site assembly, advising on planning strategy and site layouts.

Guy joined Brown&Co at the start of the New Year. Having worked in agency and real Estate for more than 10 years, Guy has worked keenly with residential developers and housebuilders in the facilitating, sourcing and acquiring of residential, brownfield and strategic sites. His previous roles were to aid landowners in optimising their land's value through residential development and consultancy. Guy will looking to undertake APC to achieve MRICS status this year.

Guy is currently based in Rutland with his family and is a keen golfer.
