Giles Starling - Agricultural Business Consultant, Graduate, BSc (Hons)

Giles joined Brown&Co in July 2024 after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University that summer.

Growing up in a family of past farmers, and his passion for field sports meant that he was surrounded by farmers of all kinds.

At university, Giles studied agriculture and specialised in the agri-business sector and how agricultural enterprises could operate alongside preserving the environment that they rely on.

Giles has previously worked on several shooting estates in the in the Cotswolds, learning how their practices run alongside conventional agricultural practices, as well as working on a root vegetable farm and seeing all aspects of a diversifying agricultural enterprise.

Giles is currently undergoing Brown & Co’s Pathway to Professional training course and is continuing to learn about Agricultural enterprises of all kinds, and how best to help them.
