Gilbert joined Brown&Co in 2014 after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University in 2013 with a degree in Rural Land Management. Gilbert originates from a mixed farm to the north of Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.

The majority of Gilbert’s time is spent undertaking a wide variety of professional work for private individuals in the Leicestershire and Northamptonshire areas. Gilbert’s expertise lies in agricultural lettings and sales, landlord and tenant, compulsory purchase & compensation, estate management and valuation. Gilbert has more recently been advising statutory undertakers on land assembly and compensation in relation to national and regional infrastructure projects.

Gilbert is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, RICS Registered Valuer and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
