Georgina joined Brown&Co in October 2024.

She graduated from Harper Adams University in 2019, with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. Post graduation she joined a firm in Cheshire and qualified as a Rural Chartered Surveyor and become a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, in 2021.

Being from a farming family based in Norfolk, Georgina returned to East Anglia in 2022 to be closer to her family and joined a small Suffolk based firm.

Georgina has been fortunate to gain a wide range of experience and now focuses on rural valuation, agency, and infrastructure. In particular, she has acted on behalf of landowners for the last 3 years affected by the Anglian Water SPA scheme and various National Grid projects.
