Gemma joined Brown&Co in 2024 as an Administrator within the Agri-Business Consultancy department. Primarily, she supports the Agricultural Environmental Consultants with their day-to-day administration.

Previously, Gemma gained valuable experience in administrative roles within the insurance and property industry. Transitioning into agriculture has given her to opportunity to learn a completely new industry while putting into practice, and building on, skills learnt from previous roles.
