Erin started with Brown&Co in September 2024 after graduating from Loughborough University with 2:1 in Urban Planning. Erin undertook a placement year with a regional housebuilder, strengthening her knowledge in the residential development and planning sector.

Erin will soon be working towards becoming a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. She is currently assisting with a range of planning consultancy work, from call for sites submissions to applications for agricultural barns and new residential dwellings.
