Ella joined Brown&Co in November 2023, having previously practiced across the East Midlands and more recently in Lincolnshire.

Ella graduated from Harper Adams University in 2016 with a first class honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management and is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

As an RICS Registered Valuer, Ella specialises in RICS Red Book Valuations, as well as undertaking a wide range of professional client work.
