Edward grew up on his family’s arable and poultry farm in the East Riding of Yorkshire where he went on to attend Northumbria University. Since graduating with a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate, Edward joined the Brown&Co Land Agency division in August 2019. Edward is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a RICS Registered Valuer, and is currently working towards becoming a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Prior to joining Brown&Co, Edward undertook a placement year during his studies at university with a property and business consultancy firm based in Northern England. During Edward’s placement year he assisted with undertaking valuations for secured lending purposes, agency work, and landlord & tenant matters.

Edward primarily undertakes professional work within the Midland regions, specialising in valuations, compulsory purchase & compensation, access & rights, landlord & tenant matters, and agency work. Edward’s work is focused on assisting private clients; however, he has recently been involved in advising the acquiring authority for a national infrastructure project.
