Daniel Watts - Architectural Technologist, Divisional Partner, MCIAT

Daniel joined Brown&Co in 2016 following a successful period detailing extensions and conversions for the market leader in Home Improvements. He completed a degree in Architecture at Anglia Ruskin University and is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT).

Predominantly working within residential, Daniel is just as comfortable working across most sectors of the building industry including, education, commercial, retail, leisure, conservation and refurbishment. Of note, Daniel worked on the major roof renovation of Taverham Hall School which included careful collaboration with the client, contractor and Natural England.

He is a skilled Architectural Technologist and works with the wider team to help deliver technical design packages, tender documents and construction packages. With a close attention for detail, and an enthusiasm for producing robust and buildable solutions, Daniel has become a valued member of the team.
