Clive has been with Brown&Co for 8 years and specialises in Commercial Agency and Development, primarily within industrial land and building sales and acquisitions as well as industrial and office lettings. Clive acts for both landlords and tenants.

Prior to joining Brown&Co, Clive worked in the City and West End of London before  moving to Banbury in the mid-nineties and becoming an Equity Partner of Berry Morris who subsequently merged with Brown&Co in 2014.

Clive holds a Diploma in Estate Management at The Royal Agricultural College and is now a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Member of The Industrial Agents Society.

Clive’s recent successes include selling Arrow Park in Brackley (20 acres), half of which was sold to Sainsbury’s, as well as 4 acres to a Medical Institution and the remainder to Cheshire West Pension which was developed into 135,000 sqft of 8 industrial units and is now all fully let.
