Over 30 years property experience in rural estate management and residential development projects. Working primarily for private clients including bringing parties together into landowners’ co-operation agreements, selecting suitable applicants and establishing terms for promotion and option agreements and carrying out open market and private sales of residential land.

Previously a Partner in the firm of Francis Hornor&Son, joining Brown&Co at the time of the  successful merger with Brown&Co in 1996. Fellow of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and a registered valuer. Working with several groups of landowners independently or in collaboration to secure permission, valuation and sale of more than 10,000 plots.
