Archie was raised on his sixth-generation family farm just outside of Horncastle, Lincolnshire. He joined Brown&Co in December 2024, after moving back from Northamptonshire.

He graduated from Harper Adams University in September 2023 with honours gaining a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management.

Archie's previous experience includes two years working on behalf of utility companies in private land matters and the installation of assets across private land, giving him a good general knowledge in compulsory purchase and compensation as well as acting against utility providers for clients.
