Anita joined Brown&Co in 2016 following her graduation from Harper Adams University with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. She is based in the Humber office and undertakes work throughout Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and Northern England.

Her work typically includes the purchase and sale of property ranging from parcels of bare agricultural land through to fully equipped farms and rural estates, machinery auctions, estate management, red book valuations, rural planning, landlord and tenant matters, telecoms and compensation work.

Anita is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a RICS Registered Valuer and a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Anita was also shortlisted for RICS Rural Young Surveyor of the Year in 2018.
