Alex joined Brown & Co in August 2023, advising clients on all aspects of commercial property including; agency (sale and letting), valuation and professional work including rent review and lease renewals. Alex has 5 years’ experience in the commercial property market in and around the King’s Lynn area, and has completed a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship whereby he achieved a first in Real Estate Management at the University College of Estate Management. Alex is looking to complete to his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a Chartered Surveyor shortly.
