The concept layout for this project was developed around the idea of a farmhouse to the front with three barn-like dwellings sited to the rear, around a courtyard. The dwellings provide open plan layouts with light and spacious interiors.
Our Architectural and Planning strategy successfully demonstrated to the council that the proposed development would lead to a clear and substantial enhancement of the immediate setting.
