Large Barn, Norfolk

This is the second barn in the Hethersett complex, with Small Barn being the first. Having been converted 10 years earlier, the office was looking tired and needed a complete refurb and overhaul to better reflect current tastes for open plan office spaces, with appropriate ancillary areas. Our brief was for a complete refurbishment and modernisation of the building whilst ensuring the style tied in with the aesthetics of the Small Barn. A kitchenette was introduced, and a mezzanine floor removed to create lighter and volume for the main working space.  The building was re-decorated in lighter tones, with new fixtures and fittings and a reception / waiting area.  Externally there were some minor repairs and maintenance, with the joinery re-decorated to reflect the interior palette.
