A house is for sale with our St Lucia office boasting a breathtaking, panoramic view of the island's famous Pitons.

Situated in La Fargue, Choiseul, south-west of the island, the property has an uninterrupted view of the famous mountainous spires, the Pitons.

A balcony spanning the entire width of the house at the rear looks out towards the Pitons, a view replicated from a smaller, intimate balcony off the main bedroom on the floor above.

The British owners bought the house because it encapsulated everything they loved about St Lucia itself; with the Caribbean sea to the left and the island's main attraction, the beautiful Pitons, outstretched in front, in the distance. 

The couple also wanted a detached house with plenty of space for their beloved Greyhound, Monty, who came along to the Caribbean with them from their home in England.

Monty is believed to be one of the only, if not the only, such breed of dog in the whole of St Lucia.

The owners have loved living in the house which offers the best of both worlds in that from its rear, it is completely private.

Yet, in fact, the house is situated at the end of a street boasting several other properties in a welcoming community, meaning it isn't too isolated.

The property, for sale fully furnished for offers in the region of £333,750, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Two of the bedrooms are situated off the living room and the main bedroom with a large en suite occupies the entire second floor with two balconies; one overlooking the Pitons and the other to the front of the property and neighbouring houses.

Off the living room is a large kitchen/dining room leading to the main balcony.

The kitchen could be a wonderful asset, used for communal dining if the property was purchased as an investment for specialist holidays - a cookery school or yoga/wellness retreat, for example.
