EXCHANGE OF CONTRACTS & COMPLETION
Exchange of contracts will take place within 21 days of receipt by the purchasers' solicitor of a draft contract with completion no later than 28 days thereafter. A deposit of 10% of the purchase price will be payable on exchange of contracts.
OVERAGE
The area hatched black is sold subject to an overage for 30-years at 30% of the increase in the site value due to a planning permission for development, or a later revised or varied planning permission which increases the value.
